It was Marius, Michel Chapoutier’s great-grandfather, who put the Chapoutier name firmly on the Rhône Valley map in the early 20th century. He pays tribute to this great man by producing these wines, reflecting the warmth of the southern France terroirs in which they are rooted. The red is made from its most notable grapes, Grenache and Syrah. The result is a robust and elegant wine with aromas and flavours of red berries, spice and floral notes. The white is aromatic, floral and fresh.
